John Williams
John Williams has a facilitation style which is relaxed, full of humour and could be classed as ‘edu-tainment’.
Yet beneath his sense of fun is a laser-like ability to take teams on the journey best suited to their learning needs. In his 25 years as a self-employed educator, John has honed his ‘in the moment’ facilitation, which is perfect for adult and youth audiences alike.
An enthusiastic advocate for experiential learning, John ensures his programmes are practical and memorable. He’s a Certified TetraMap Facilitator and has delivered Rotary Youth Leadership Award programmes for 20 consecutive years — he's been recognised by Rotary as a Paul Harris Fellow.
When he’s not transforming team performance, John is either deep in fresh powder on the ski-field or blazing trails on his mountain bike.

Stuart Fleming
Stuart Fleming is an experienced facilitator and coach with a flair for clear communication and catalytic questions. He easily creates a relaxed, enjoyable learning environment.
With a career anchored in helping people, solving problems and identifying opportunities, Stuart is a Certified Master TetraMap Facilitator and a student of the Brinkerhoff Certification for High Performance Learning Journeys ® (HPLJ).
When he’s not helping teams reach their goals, Stuart writes stories for children, walks a very tall dog, and serves on the board of his son's school.
